Carlos was an outstanding technician. He demonstrated a high level of professionalism and a strong commitment to service. I appreciated how he took the time to show me videos and pictures of the issue, explain the resolution process, and test his work to confirm that the repairs were complete and effective. He truly deserves a five-star rating.

Aurora did an excellent job fixing some work that another HVAC company did not do correctly. They were thorough, respectful, explained everything well and knew what they were talking about. They are on the higher end of cost, but I would highly recommend them due to their knowledge and their competency. It's better done right the first time. I will be using them again.

You won an award! Yeah us! However, it was not; it was high prices, like $400 to snake our drain or 4,000 dollars to fix our water heater, a job that every other place quoted as less than $2,500. In addition, they were very slow on paperwork, had to be reminded three times of needing the estimate/quote, and only got it to us when we said we would do the service. They missed times coming to do the inspection, and then when they did the inspection, the guy who did it himself noted he just "looked over it" but did not do it. The bigger problem came, however, when we wanted them to assess our HVAC, which they came and assessed, it stopped working; we called them back, and then magically, it worked again, but not before they tried to claim they needed another inspection. After I noted they did an inspection all of a sudden they could fix it by turning it back on....... Overall this place was a huge mess.

Gio was amazing. He was professional and friendly. He even offered me a cup of coffee upon his arrival! 5-star service, I love it!

From the moment he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the issue and got everything running smoothly in no time. His attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done right really stood out. I also have to give a huge shoutout to the dispatcher, Tami (The dispatcher - I think that's her name). She was amazing—super friendly and accommodating. Her communication was clear, and she went above and beyond to schedule the service at a convenient time. Together, Nicolas and Tami made the whole experience enjoyable. I couldn’t be more pleased! Highly recommend their service!
